Linda Epperson Skaarup

Linda was born in Marysville, OH and moved to Kentucky in her early teens.  She first attended Eubank High School; graduated from Pulaski County High School, then attended Somerset Community College.  She moved to Nancy, Kentucky in 1985 and still resides there.  She is married to William "Nico" Skaarup.  Her son Ethan, is attending Honors College at Western Kentucky  and her daughter, Taylor is attending Somerset Community College.

Linda is a Realtor® and manages Eagle Realty and Development where she handles residential and commercial sales and leasing.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Kentucky Association of Realtors.  Linda currently serves as a Director for the Somerset Lake Cumberland Board of Realtors; serves on several committees and formerly served on the Professional Standards Committee for the Kentucky Association of Realtors.

She has worked for Mike Whitaker, Broker since 1996.

Linda is the Past President of the Somerset-Pulaski County Rotary Club, of which she was a member for over 10 years.  She served on the Rotary Board of Directors every year and is a Paul Harris Fellow.  She has hosted a Rotary exchange student from Chile.  She received the Presidential Citation for her club's many achievements during her presidency.  Linda has received the Distinguished Service Award for her many accomplishments and hard work as a Rotarian. 

Linda has been active in her community, through the Muscular Dystrophy Association, March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, Boy Scouts of America and American Red Cross.

Linda is a member of Eagle Heights Church where she is active in the Children's Ministry.

Linda served on the Citizens National Bank Economic Advisory Board in 2010.

Linda was in the Chamber of Commerce's Leadership 2000 class and enjoyed being a Chamber Ambassador before becoming a Chamber Board Member in 2012. 

Phillip Hatfield

Phillip has been a resident of the Somerset/Lake Cumberland area since 1974.  After finishing a 25 year career in industrial distribution, Phillip was drawn toward his lifelong interest in real estate.  He became a Realtor® and joined Eagle Realty and Development in 2007.  

From both a personal and business standpoint, Phillip has substantial experience and knowledge regarding lake homes and properties on Lake Cumberland, and can use this experience to your advantage, as a potential buyer or seller.

Phillip is a Realtor®, and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Kentucky Association of Realtors, and the Somerset-Lake Cumberland Association of Realtors.
