I am sure you are aware of the very nice development near the hospital, MedPark West.  Inside MedPark West we are beginning a new development under the name of MedPark Square, LLC.  This development consists of 6+ acres.  We eventually plan to have 6 buildings as well as a clock tower as focal point.

Construction is beginning soon on a 12,000 square foot building, 6,000 of which has already been contracted.  The remaining 6,000 will be available very soon.  We have immediate plans to begin construction of another building and are now looking for tenants to occupy both buildings.
